I believe it means you can use these on any part of the body. The wipes are wet enough to freshen up but not as wet where you would need drying off afterwards, leaves you feeling refreshed. Love single use wipes for those days we all go for a meal after work.

These wipes are thicker than I expected and don’t leave any sticky residue. The scent is soothing, not overpowering. Perfect for travel or days when I’m too tired to shower.
