Delivery information
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery options, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed clearly at checkout and detailed in our Shipping Policy.
ReturnsIf you change your mind, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the products are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any items that have been opened or used.
To request a return, please email contact@earthlysafi.com with your order number. We will provide you with further instructions on how to return your item.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 4 working days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.
Order changesIf you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us at contact@earthlysafi.com as soon as possible.
We may be able to make changes if your order has not yet been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been processed, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
