Delivery,Returns & Refund Policy

Delivery Information:

• Our products are currently only available in the UK. All orders come with free and carbon-neutral delivery. 

Returns:

• We accept returns on any unopened and unused products within 14 days of your purchase date. To start the process, email us at contact@earthlysafi.com with your order number.
• Please allow up to 4 working days for your refund to be processed. Note that the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

• For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on products that are unopened and unused. If you change your mind, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Order Update?:

• If you need to make changes to your order, email us at contact@earthlysafi.com. We can try to make changes if your order has not yet been processed.
